The End

I finished evaluating the development of the system. At the start of July, interation will take place and the system life cycle will start all over again, with the improvement and extensions included (as mentioned in the evaluation).

Starting Evaluation

I've completed two user guides for both registered users and administrators.
Now that I've completed the plans for installation, I'm going to start evaluating the project.

Training and User Guides

I had a discussion with my client yesterday and we decided that the staff should undergo training and a user guide should be typed up. I need to make two user guides, one for registered users and one for the administrators.
I've started creating the user guide for the registered users.

Installation

The improvements have been made and the system seemingly works as hoped for (except for the features that have been missed out due to lack of time).
I now need to plan how the staff of MDU are going to learn to use the system.

Improvements

I've completed the test plan, I'm now starting with the system amendments and re-testing.
There were 8 out of 41 unsuccessful tests.

Testing

Testing has been split into these sections:
- Delegate Data
- Module Information
- Timetables
- Calculations and Reports
- Security and Access
- Design and Navigation

I need to verify the system's functionailty before making sure the designs are accurate.

Test Plan

I completed the documentation of the software development; I also created a test plan for the new system. Testing will begin tomorrow.
